SR. DIRECTOR, SIOP
At DAP, we don't just make caulks, sealants, foams, and adhesives, we create the solutions that professionals and DIYers trust to build, repair, and improve their homes and communities. As our Senior Director, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring our products are available when and where customers need them while driving operational excellence across our supply chain.
What you'll do:
- Lead DAP's end-to-end SIOP process, balancing customer demand, supply capabilities, inventory strategy, and business objectives.
- Drive service excellence, inventory optimization, and working capital improvements across the supply network.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve operational performance and achieve business goals.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, delivering actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, product availability, inventory productivity, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing planning organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to inventory and supply chain operations.
