DESCRIPTION

DAP Touch n’ Seal FireBlock is a flame-resistant, Class A fire-rated foam sealant that blocks air infiltration by eliminating oxygen flow through service penetrations to help slow the spread of fire. This quick cure foam fills and seals penetrations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as gaps around joints, partitions, stud walls, stair stringers, soffits, drop ceilings, walls, and ceilings. It is V-0 rated for the UL94 Flammability Test and features a bright orange color so inspectors can easily identify it as an approved fire block penetration sealant. The self-extinguishing formula is an all-purpose, flame-resistant foam sealant with ICC-ES ESR-1926 approval and excellent performance in modified ASTM E-814 and UL-175 tests.
